GENERAL
1.1 Satisfaction Products Pvt Ltd, with its registered office at 155/2 BRG Industrial Park, Gram Malikkhedi, Nemawar Road, Indore – 452016 (“decostyle”, “we”, “us”, or “our”), manages and operates the mobile application and website www.decostyle.net (collectively referred to as the “decostyle Platform”). Through this platform, we facilitate the sale of furniture and related products (“Products”) to users of the Decostyle Platform (“User”, “Users”, “you”, or “your”).
1.2 This delivery and shipping policy (“Policy”), along with the Terms, outlines our procedures regarding the delivery and shipping of Products purchased on the Decostyle Platform.
1.3 We offer shipping and delivery of our Products in Indore. Our goal is to provide you with an excellent customer experience by partnering with leading logistics service providers. We make every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery of the Products you order from the Decostyle Platform.
1.4 By using the Decostyle Platform or purchasing a Product, you agree to comply with the terms of this Policy. We encourage you to read and understand these terms whenever you visit the Decostyle Platform. If you do not agree with this Policy, please refrain from using or transacting on the Decostyle Platform.
TERMS OF SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
2.1 We collaborate with third-party logistics providers (“Logistic Partners”) to facilitate the shipping and delivery of Products to you. You will receive an estimated delivery timeline on the order confirmation page once your order is confirmed. Details about your order will also be sent to the email address and/or mobile number you provided. While we primarily use Logistic Partners for delivery, we reserve the right to ship and deliver Products directly without third-party involvement.
2.2 We aim to deliver Products throughout India, but we may designate certain areas as unserviceable for delivery at our discretion. In such cases, we or our Logistic Partners may not process your orders. If your area is deemed unserviceable, we will inform you at the time of order placement. You can also check serviceability by entering your area’s pin code on the Decostyle Platform.
2.3 To ensure timely delivery, we may collect specific information such as your name, shipping address, billing address, landmarks, and contact details. It is your responsibility to provide accurate and complete information. We will not be liable for any failure to deliver Products if your provided information is incorrect or incomplete.
2.4 We will strive to deliver your order within the estimated delivery timeline. If you are unavailable to accept the delivery, our Logistic Partners will attempt to deliver your Products up to three times. If all three attempts fail, we reserve the right to cancel your order and return the Products to us. Shipping and delivery charges may be deducted from any refunds processed in such cases.
2.5 While we make every effort to deliver Products on time, you acknowledge that delays may occur due to:
(a) Logistical issues beyond our control; (b) Unfavorable weather conditions; (c) Political disruptions, strikes, or employee lockouts; (d) Natural disasters like floods or earthquakes; (e) Other unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via your registered email or mobile number. We are not liable for any failure to notify you of delivery delays and will not compensate you for claims arising from such delays.
2.6 We aim to work with Logistic Partners who uphold high ethical standards and professionalism. However, we cannot monitor every delivery executive’s actions. As we merely facilitate delivery, we are not responsible for any issues related to delivery agents, including service deficiencies or improper conduct. Any disputes between you and the delivery personnel must be resolved independently, and we are not liable for such issues.
2.7 Once you place an order, we will process it and you will receive a unique number to monitor your delivery status, which can be checked on the Decostyle Platform. Please note that we do not guarantee the accuracy of the status, as it may be affected by delays or technical issues beyond our control.
2.8 If you request a return for a Product, the shipping fees will not be refunded unless the return is due to a defect or error on our part, which we will verify at our discretion. Title and risk for all Products will pass to you upon delivery.
2.9 Upon receiving your return request, our reverse-logistics team will contact you to arrange collection. Returns and exchanges are processed according to our Cancellation, Return, and Refund Policy.
