1. What locations we ship to?

We are shipping domestic orders to locations that are within 200kms from Indore.

2. What is your return/exchange policy?

3. How long will it take to get my order?

If you have ordered from the stock available on the website you get the delivery within three working days, while if some stocks are against make to order the items will be delivered in 30 days.

4. What payment methods do you accept?

Currently we only accepts account transfer through

  2. UPI (Online)
  3. Cash
  4. Card at our Indore Showroom only

5. Do you have gift packaging options?

We do not have gift option.

6. How long does order processing take?

Processing the order normally takes 1 working day.

7. How do I cancel/modify an order?

Contact our customer care and we will be happy to assist. In case of 100% payment made against make to order there is no change allowed.

8. How can I track my order?

You can track your order on your account section, else you can speak to any of our representative to get your order updates.

9. What if my order arrives damaged?

We take utmost care in delivering your order safely, however in case of damage please connect with our customer support immediately.
